We always offer the best price directly through our website. You can choose to complete your booking directly online or via our enquiry form.

The city of Chemnitz levies a bed tax of 5% on the accommodation price for business and private travellers. This amount is added on site and shown separately on the invoice.
Is there a telephone in the room?
Please dial (0) to make external calls. If you wish to call another room, please dial the desired room number. For rooms on floor 0, please dial 6 before the desired room number. All national calls are included in the room price and are free of charge.
Can I order additional bed linen/blankets or pillows?
We are happy to bring additional duvets and pillows to your room. We can also provide hypoallergenic bedding.
What can I do if I want to enjoy peace and quiet in my room?
To do this, hang the designated card on the outside of your door. Please note that during this time, your room will not be cleaned and you will not receive any messages.
Is there an iron and ironing board in the room?
We will be happy to bring an iron and ironing board to your room.
Is there a television in the room?
The hotel rooms are equipped with a flat-screen television with integrated radio and teletext. The radio is integrated into the television. Programmes can be selected using the remote control.
Is there a safe in the room?
There is no safe in the room. You are welcome to lock your valuables in your own safe at reception. You will receive a key in exchange for your signature. The management is not liable for the loss of personal valuables. Please note that we limit our liability for the acceptance of valuables in accordance with German law.
When will my towels be changed?
For the sake of the environment, rooms are not cleaned daily. If you require new towels, please contact reception.
Are toiletries provided in the room?
In our hotel shop, you will find shaving kits, toothpaste, toothbrushes, sewing kits, etc., available around the clock.
Is there internet in the room?
Our rooms are equipped with high-speed WiFi (after registering for our newsletter). To use it, select the network "c/o56", open your browser and select "co56Guest". Then confirm the terms of use and general terms and conditions. After that, you can surf on an unlimited number of devices.
Is there air conditioning?
All our rooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning. You can regulate the room temperature yourself using a thermostat. Our air conditioning system includes a full heating system. Turn the dial towards + to heat the room and towards - to cool it.
Is there a minibar?
There is a large hotel shop in the foyer where you can purchase everyday items, cold drinks and small snacks around the clock.
How do I report technical faults in the room?

Where can I find the emergency exit?
Please refer to the emergency plan on your room door to find the emergency exit to be used in case of emergency. All guest rooms and public areas are equipped with smoke detectors. In the event of a fire, please call the switchboard and report the location. Fire extinguishers are located in every corridor, for use on small fires only. Please follow the instructions in your room and at the emergency exits. These are marked with green signs. Please also pay close attention to the loudspeaker announcements in the event of an emergency and for evacuation.
