    Dogs are welcome at c/o56 Chemnitz. We charge €20 per dog per night.

    The price includes a discount of at least 25% on the room rate, a sustainable breakfast, SKY TV, high-speed WiFi and authentic hospitality.

  • Who uses "temporary accommodation"?

    In our case, they are mostly business travellers, fitters, athletes, project teams or commuters.

  • What kind of room will I get at "Wohnen auf Zeit" at c/o56 Chemnitz?

    You can choose between our 4 room types. As a bonus, our delicious breakfast buffet is included.

  • How does parking/the e-charging station work on site?

    You can reserve a space in our underground car park for €14.00 per day. There are 9 electric charging stations available there at no extra cost.

  • Are there any extras or communal areas such as a gym, bar or lounge?

    Our guests can use our rooftop gym, Lounge 56 and our hotel shop.

  • Can payments be made monthly, in advance, by direct debit or credit card?

    Payment can be made in advance or on arrival at the latest. Invoices will be sent after the guest's departure, with advance payment possible on request.

  • What does "temporary living" mean?

  • What is the minimum rental period?

    Our minimum rental period is 7 days.
