What you will learn during your training as a hotel manager in Saxony.
During your training as a hotel specialist, you will gain comprehensive insight into all areas of a hotel. You will learn how to welcome, advise and look after guests professionally and how to organise reception procedures confidently. Service is also part of the training: you will learn how to assist with events, serve food and drinks and ensure that guests feel completely at home.

In addition, you will learn how to prepare rooms, order and manage goods, and how a hotel operates economically. Topics such as communication, quality awareness and sustainable practices are also part of your daily learning routine. The training programme is varied and combines practical experience with specialist knowledge that will help you later in many areas of the hotel industry.
